CANDIShare Image Database (Brain Extracted and Oriented to Standard)
The source images in our database were created for the Schizophrenia Bulletin 2008 by the Child and Adolescent NeuroDevelopment Initiative (CANDI) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS). The original image files are available via the Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Clearinghouse (NITRC) website on their download page. The original images included the patients’ skulls and are not oriented to match the standard template images (MNI152). Our database (linked below), has been reoriented to standard and has the skull removed.
ADHD Image Database (Brain Extracted and Oriented to Standard)
The images in our database were derived from a study on working memory and reward in children with and without attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The original images included the patients’ skulls and are not oriented to match the standard template images (MNI152). Our database (linked below), has been reoriented to standard and has the skull removed. The source material is from James R. Booth, GE Cooke, Jessica Gayda, Rubi Hammer, Marisa N. ORHA Image Database (Brain Extracted)
The images in our database were derived from a study on object recognition in healthy aging. This study included the subjects structural and functional MRI scans.
